Cosy student room with a desk perfectly engineered for productivity including a printer. A lot of storage space including underneath the 1 and a qaurter bed. A lot of natural light and excellent internet connectivity.
With the wardrobe and the chest of drawers the room is fully furnished.
Located in the museum district of Maxvorstadt. Crawling-distance to the Theresienstrasse U-Bahn and 5 minutes by foot to the TUM Campus and adjacent museums. Directly downstairs are 2 supermarkets and the street is filled with restaurants, take-away places, hairdressers, pharmacies, dry cleaners and stores (take a look on google maps). An awesome café on the corner as well and a lot of trees on the street. Overall the ideal location for a student in Munich.
The kitchen was newly renovated 1 year ago and is fully stocked including a Nespresso machine, an expandable table and a large (also new) dishwasher. A storage room in the hallway also includes a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, mop and broom.
The fee for existing equipment is for the furniture in the room and is optional. If you choose so the room furniture can be removed and no fee will be charged. The hallway outside is usable as a balcony with a lovely view on a small park.
