The room is thoughtfully furnished, featuring two comfortable beds. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the room, and I prioritize maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
Additionally, it's worth noting that one of our flatmates resides in the living room, as evident from the pictures. Given that the kitchen is accessible through the living room, we are seeking someone who can be considerate and mindful of this arrangement. There is also a commen are with a table and chairs in the living room.
The flat is 4-5 mins walk away from the Dülferstraße U-bahn station. It is 20 minutes to LMU and TUM central campus.
Also 5 mins walk away there is Mira shopping center and Netto, Penny, Lidl, Aldi, and Kaufland.
Neighbourhood is quiet and spacious.
