Hello! A room is free in my 3 person WG for 6 months :)
The WG has one bathroom, an extra toilet, a shared kitchen with anything you could possibly need and a small storage at the entrance for jackets/shoes etc. The free room is 14m² and it is furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe and a shelf. It also has its own balcony. The cost is 750€ per month, and everything is included (electricity, water, heating, WiFi) apart from the radio tax. The deposit is 1000€.
The flat is located 3 minutes away from the U2 stop Milbertshofen, so the position is really good. All possible shops one could need are nearby, and there are a Lidl, Rossmann and Edeka just around the corner. Also Frankfurter Ring is reachable by foot.
You would share the flat with me (Federico, 24, Italian), a physics PhD student, and Tofig (19, from Azerbaijan) a computer science student. We speak both English and German, at the time we are speaking German so that I can practice a little bit :) The environment in the WG is very chill and friendly, we chat a bit in the evening when we both are in the kitchen, and help each other with anything the other person needs. If an issue arises, we talk about that immediately, in a friendly way :)
The rent is only for 6 months. There is no possibility for Anmeldung and name on the post box. If you read until here and you are fine with this please write "Anmeldung" at the beginning of your message, otherwise I won't read the request:)
