My current roommate leaves end of December. So there is a 13m² room available. It would be for 6-8 months rent duration (extension possible)
This is a 86m² & 2 people flatsharing + 24m² balcony - proposing a view on olympiastadium.
Price: 1100€ / person - all included - "warm" (Internet / electricity / heatten etc..)
Deposite : 2500€
For furnitures: I bought the most to my leaving roomate for the appartment but future roommate's bedroom will be empty (there will be just the curtains left)
About me: I'm Alex, 29 yo. I arrived as a VIE one year and a half ago. I signed up a permanent contract few time ago, which grab lot of my time. Half french and irish, I'm always up for an afterwork. I like to socialise, to go spontaneously to Bavaria's countryside.
