Hello all,
I am subletting my room for one month and then it is possible that you takeover the room with unlimited contract. I will go for a long vacation then come back. After coming back, it could be that I move outside Munich, so you take the room with unlimited contract. But if you get unlimited contract I would like that you take over my furniture for 200 euros.
The room is fully furnished, you can use everything. You will pay part of the rent, not all of it, because I want to let my stuff in my room.
The room has one big bed room, wardrobe, one comfortable chair, and working desk.
During your stay in the room you can use all the facilities in the apartment and the internet.
The room is located in one of the best and lively places in Munich, 5 min by foot is the next U-bahn station Frankfurter Ring and other bus stops.
All shopping varieties are nearby, Aldi, Lidl, dm and Edeka are just 5 min walking.
You will live with Moritz and Michael, both are working in full time. We prefer that you are almost same age like us 26 to 30 and having a full time job.
If you are interested please send me a message with your picture or Insta profile, your age, finally what kind of job your doing in Munich and your pay slip so I can forward it to the landlord.
