Hey. Da mein Mitbewohner im Zuge von Work from Anywhere auszieht, suche ich einen neuen Mitbewohner/in. Das freigewordene Zimmer ist ein ca. 12m² Zimmer in einer 2er-WG. Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert (neues Bett - das Foto zeigt noch das Schlafsofa, Bett kann aber auch ein eigenes mitgebracht werden, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl) zu mieten.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist ca. 75m² groß, eingerichtet mit einer stilvollen und hochwertigen Inneneinrichtung sowie schönen Gardinen. Die helle Wohnung wurde im gehobenen Wohnbaustandard 2018 fertiggestellt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Gartengeschoss mit Südterrasse in sehr ruhiger Innenhoflage. Die EBK ist neuwertig und bestens ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Backofen, Induktionsherd, u.v.m. Auch das Bad ist mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine, Trockner sehr gut ausgestattet und die Wohnung hat ein separates Gäste WC.

Hey. Because my roommate is moving out due to Work from Anywhere, I am looking for a new roommate. The vacant room is an approx. 12m² room in a 2-person shared apartment. The room is fully-furnished (new bed - the picture still shows the sleeping sofa, but you can bring your own bed - closet, desk, chair).
The apartment is about 75m², furnished with a stylish and high-quality interior and beautiful curtains. The apartment is located on the garden floor with a south terrace in a very quiet courtyard. The kitchen is as good as new and well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, induction stove, and much more. Also, the bathroom is well-equipped with a bathtub, washing machine, dryer, and the apartment has a separate guest toilet.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 5,2 km nördlich vom Stadtzentrum. Olympiapark, Luipoldpark und Georgenschwaigbad befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und sind fußläufig erreichbar. Haltestelle Petuelring (U3), Haltestelle Milbertshofen (U2) sowie der Bus (173, 177, 178) und die Trambahn (27) sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Es befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung.

The apartment is located about 5.2 km north of the city center. Olympiapark, Luipoldpark and Georgenschwaigbad are in immediate proximity and within walking distance. The Petuelring (U3), Milbertshofen (U2) as well as the bus (173, 177, 178) and the streetcar (27) are only a few minutes walk away. There are numerous shopping facilities and restaurants nearby.
Leider zieht es meinen Mitbewohner retour in die Heimat nach Österreich. Daher bin ich kurzfristig auf der Suche nach einem neuen coolen Mitbewohner.
Das WG-Leben gestaltet sich super offen, ganz nach dem Motto "Alles kann, nichts muss". Ein respektvoller Umgang miteinander sowie die Respektierung der Privatsphäre wird vorausgesetzt. Ebenso ein ordentlicher und sauberer Umgang mit der Wohnung/Zimmer. Der schöne, offene Wohn- und Essbereich bietet haufenweise Möglichkeiten für Zusammensitzen und Entertainment.
Zu mir:
- bin 30 Jahre, und komme aus Österreich
- arbeite Vollzeit und komme meist erst spätabends in die Wohnung
- sehr sportinteressiert (mache vor allem Crossfit, Rennrad, Snowboarden)
- derzeit oft in den Bergen für Snowboarden oder Langlaufen
- hin und wieder im Homeoffice oder unterwegs im Sinne von Work from anywhere

Likewise, neat and tidy handling of the apartment/room. The beautiful, open living and dining area offers plenty of opportunities for sitting together and entertainment.

- work full-time and usually come home late in the evening
- very interested in sports (currently mainly do CrossFit, cycling, snowboarding)
- currently quite often in the mountains for snowboarding or cross country skiing
- sometimes doing home office or work from anywhere
