Hi! Im Valentina and due to that I will be out of the country for 2 months I would like to rent my room, for someone who might needs a stay during that time😉.
Description: My room is not very big, but cosy enough for your stay!☺️ It includes a little desk, a bed and 2 storage spaces for clothes. On the other hand, the flat is large and we have a fully equiped kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms (one includes a bathtub/shower). As i have written, most of the flat is well equipped, so you won't need to buy extra stuff.
Servus! Ich bin Valentina und da ich für 2 Monate außer Deutschland sein werde, würde ich gerne mein Zimmer vermieten, für jemanden, der während dieser Zeit einen Aufenthalt braucht😉.

Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr groß, aber gemütlich genug für Ihren Aufenthalt!☺️ Es hat einen kleinen Schreibtisch, ein Bett und 2 Stauräume für Kleidung. Auf der anderen Seite ist die Wohnung groß und wir haben eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Wohnzimmer und 2 Bäder (eines davon mit Badewanne/Dusche). Wie ich schon geschrieben habe, ist die Wohnung größtenteils gut ausgestattet, so dass man keine zusätzlichen Sachen kaufen muss.
The location is very good, as you are close to the U-bahn stop (11 minutes walking) and several bus stops. There's also many shops and a gym nearby (Fit X, Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, DM, etc). The neighborhood is really calm and quiet, so if you're also seeking peace and quiet, then this would be the place for you too!😊
Die Lage ist sehr gut, da man in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Haltestelle (11 Minuten zu Fuß) und mehrerer Bushaltestellen ist. Es gibt auch viele Geschäfte und ein Fitnessstudio in der Nähe (Fit X, Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, DM, usw) Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig. Wenn du also auch Ruhe suchst, dann bist du hier auch genau richtig!😊
We are a total of 4 people: Agnes (22), Yusuf (26), Vyom (24), and me, Valentina (21). The coexistence between us is very good, so we would like to find someone who fits in with us! It's also important to emphasize that we like maintaining order in our WG, so we are also looking for someone who will adhere to our cleaning plan, but as I said, we get along pretty well, and we like to share time and talk when we have the opportunity to do so!😊
Apart from everthing else, in our WG we only speak English, due to that my roommates are internationals, and they don't know too much German, so it's really important if you can also speak it for better communication!😉
Wir sind insgesamt 4 Personen: Agnes (22), Yusuf (26), Vyom (24), und ich, Valentina (21). Das Zusammenleben zwischen uns ist sehr gut, deshalb würden wir gerne jemanden finden, der zu uns passt! Es ist auch wichtig zu betonen, dass wir gerne Ordnung in unserer WG halten, also suchen wir auch jemanden, der sich an unseren Putzplan hält, aber wie gesagt, wir verstehen uns sehr gut, und wir teilen gerne Zeit miteinander und reden, wenn wir die Möglichkeit dazu haben!😊
Andererseits sprechen wir in unserer WG nur Englisch, da meine Mitbewohner Ausländer sind und nicht allzu viel Deutsch können, dann ist es also sehr wichtig, dass du auch Englisch für bessere Kommunikation sprichst😉
