Hi I'm Andi the owner, living in my own rooms somewhat separately from yours.
Edoardo, 27yo PhD physics student from northern Italy just moved into the other rented out room. He's a very kind, polite and tidy person and you'll also get to know him before signing the contract of course.
We'll all be sharing kitchen & washing machine. Among tenants, you will be sharing shower & toilet.
I travel a lot & try not to get into my tenants' way (-:
Auch wenn die Anzeige auf Englisch ist wird in der WG selbstverständlich sehr gerne Deutsch gesprochen (neben anderen Sprachen).
