My name is Chiara and I am italian. 🍝
I am subletting my cozy room from the first of August until the end of September (the time may be extendable, but we will talk together later) It is on the first floor of the house, with a balcony that you will share with another guy.
The house is very big: 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a garden, a garage and a basement with the laundry and storage room.
The location is great because within a 6-minute walk you can reach the Ubahn, bus, tram and S-Bahn.
There are many stores near the house: Edeka, Kaufland, DM, Aldi and others.
You will share the house with 5 guys (between 22 and 28 years old), we are an international shared apartment and the people are very nice, easygoing, helpful and energetic. 🔥
We enjoy spending time together, organizing barbeques in the garden, watching movies and cooking together.
I don't ask for many things, but for me it is very important that the girl who will take my room is clean and tidy, because remember that you don't live alone.
