The apartment is located in a good residential area.
At Memminger Platz with its underground Park & Ride, buses leave in various directions in the area.
Here you have direct access to the U3 (via OEZ with connection to the U1 and the Scheidplatz to Marienplatz).
With the TRAM you come along the Dachauer Straße to the main station.
You can also get there quickly with the U1. The S2 to Munich Airport and Central Station also stops at Moosach station.
You can shop excellently in the Olympia shopping center with over 120 shops
and the adjacent MONA shopping center with supermarkets
