Das Zimmer ist super gut belichtet, enthält ein Bett mit Matratze (140cm), einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und Bildschirm, eine Kommode, eine Kleiderstange, Sonos-Lautsprecher und ein E-Piano.
Die Miete (insgesamt 650€) enthält alle Kosten
(Nebenkosten, GEZ, WLAN etc.) + die Nutzung aller Möbel/Geräte.
Lage
Super zentral direkt am Eingang zum Englischen Garten, Höhe Monopterus/Uni.
1 Gehminute zur Tramstation Paradiesstraße.
2 Gehminuten zur Isar
WG-Leben
Neben meinem/deinem Zimmer gibt es eine Küche, ein Bad und ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit Couch, Tisch und Fernseher, welche du dir nur mit meinem lieben Mitbewohner Michael teilen musst ;)
