Ich vermiete mein schönes möbliertes Zimmer in einer Haus-WG in Obermenzing für den Zeitraum 04.07. - 24.07. - wir haben einen tollen Garten , ein großes Wohnzimmer, zwei Bäder und natürlich darf alles mit genutzt werden.
Das wichtigste wäre für mich, dass du das Zimmer sauber hältst und deine wilden Partyzeiten bereits vorbei sind ;)
Wohnen würdest du über die Zeit mit drei weiteren Mitbewohnern, alle gehen ihrem Studium oder Beruf nach, auch teilweise im Home-Office daher wäre es gut, wenn das Haus tagsüber eher ruhiger ist :) wir sind häufig unterwegs aber treffen uns auch mal gemeinsam in der Küche, also du kannst natürlich absolut dein eigenes Ding machen, aber dich auch gerne zu den anderen hinzu gesellen :)
Miete für den Zeitraum wäre 700€, und 300€ Kaution, die du natürlich sofort wieder bekommst, wenn alles in gutem Zustand bleibt :)
Ich würde sagen, für alles andere, können wir ja gerne einfach mal telefonieren oder chatten? :)

I am renting out my nice furnished room in a house-share in Obermenzing for the period July 4th - July 24th - we have a great garden, a large living room, two bathrooms and of course everything can be used.
The most important thing for me would be that you keep the room clean and that your wild party times are already over ;)
You would live with three other roommates for the time, all of them are studying or working, some of them in home office, so it would be good if the house is rather quiet during the day :) we are often on the road but also meet together in the kitchen, so of course you can absolutely do your own thing, but you are also welcome to join the others :)
Rent for the period would be 700€, and 300€ deposit, which you will of course get back immediately if everything stays in good condition :)
... for everything else, we can just talk on the phone or chat? :)
