Please contact me if you need the room from September 16, 2024 for a minimum stay of 6 months.
One big and bright room in the city center of Munich is rented. This advertised room is one of the 2-rooms apartment. I'm living in an other room. If you would stay here, we are 2 people in this apartment. Your room is 23qm big.
The room is modern and well maintained, with wooden floors and bright furniture. There is a 220 cm x 200 cm big wardrobe with two spaces. You can use one space with 220 cm x 100 cm. The other space is used as storage for blankets, bed linens, etc. The room is also equipped with shelving and a table and chairs.
A beautiful white tiled bathroom is available for shared using.
The kitchen has kettle and microwave, plates, cups, forks, knives for the preparation of tea or salad.
The heavy cooking is unavailable.
The room has no key.
M. Seon can enter the room once or three times a month to water the potted plants or put the cleaning rags on the balcony.
Free wireless Internet access with broadband connectivity. (latest transmission bandwidth: 100 Mbps)
The washing machine is in the basement for use with coins. You need 2 Euros each time.
You have to clean the space regularly every week.
The final cleaning fee of 150 euros is to be paid upon your departure

The location is very central, and there is a beautiful nice garden.

If you book the room for one person, only you are allowed to enter my apartment.
I basically do not allow visitors because it would bother me. Sometimes I allow it and you have to pay an additional fee.
There is no key for your room and I will go to your room 1 time per week to water the plants.
You must clean your room weekly with cleaning rags.
You should also clean the kitchen, bathroom and hallway with me weekly.

1. If you book the room for for you one person, only you can enter into the apartment.
I basically don't allow any visitors, because it will disturb me. I do sometimes allow it, and you have to pay extra fee.
2. The room is not for home office using.
Here is the place to relax and good sleep, after your hard work at your company or University.
