A room to let in a flat next to the Quiddestraße subway station (less than 100 m walk to entrance to the subway station). The location of the flat and surrounding infrastructure is excellent. The total cost is 850 EUR per month including all fees.
QBOUT THE FLAT:The entire flat is 90 sqm with four rooms and 4 people will share the flat. The flat mates share a fully furnished and equipped kitchen, bathroom and (separate) WC. Stable Internet access provided in each room (cable connection). There is a washing and drying room in the basement of the building
ABOUT THE ROOM: The rooms are fully furnished and elements of furniture can be replaced / added according to tenant´s preference. Now each room has:
+ a comfortable big bed (200 cm x 90 cm) - which can be extended
+ a wardrobe+
+ a comfortable big desk and chair
+ cupboard
+ night stand
+ reading lamp
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
+ The minimum contract term is 6 months
+ Each tenant receives a contract for their individual room
+ Preferred tenants are young professionals, but we will consider all applications
+ The owner of the flat is a physical person, does not live in the flat, but in close neighborhood

Albert Schweitzer Str 56 is next to the Ubahn station Quiddestraße - literally 100 m. It is very close to a shopping mall (Einkaufszentrum Life München with Rewe, Aldi, DM, etc. ). Ostpark in a walking distance. PEP shopping mall is 1 km away or 1 ubahn station. One of the best locations with excellent infrastructure.
Currently 3 young professionals live in the appartment, all English speaking. This is a new WG and the rules are about to be set up. We expect cleanliness, no smoking, no animals and calm atmosphere in the flat. The current tenants are calm, young professionals, who recently arrived in Munich. Some of them travel a lot, so the flat is not always full.
Young professional preferred. This flat is offered by individuals, who live close by and in case of a need to add/ change something in the apartment, we will take care of this. We are a friendly and calm family, who has set up this WG to let to young professionals, who arrive in Munich and are looking for a place for the first months, or to professionals, who need a room in place, which is well connected to the Underground and infrastructure.
