Ich werde in Bälde aus meinem WG Zimmer ausziehen und suche daher einen Nachmieter. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer internationalen 6er WG in Laim. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers umfasst einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, ein Bett sowie einen äußerst geräumigen Schrank. Der Stauraum unter dem Bett erweitert die Möglichkeiten der Aufbewahrung noch zusätzlich. In der Wohnung ist außerdem eine Spühl- sowie Waschmaschine enthalten. Auch die Küchenausstattung mit unter anderem einer Mikrowelle und Heißluftfriteuse lässt keine Wünsche offen.
I will be moving out of my shared apartment room soon and am therefore looking for a new tenant. The room is part of an international 6-person flatshare in Laim. The furnishings include a desk with a chair, a bed, and a very spacious wardrobe. The storage space under the bed offers additional possibilities for keeping things organized. The apartment also features a dishwasher and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave and an air fryer, leaving nothing to be desired.
Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der U Bahnstation Westendstraße, sowie der S Bahnstation Hirschgarten. Außerdem sind mehrere Supermärkte, wie Penny oder Edeka binnen Minuten zu erreichen. Bis zum Hauptbahnhof sind es insgesamt ca. 20 Minuten.
The apartment is located very close to the Westendstraße U-Bahn station and the Hirschgarten S-Bahn station. Several supermarkets, such as Penny and Edeka, are also just a few minutes away. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the main train station.
Die WG Bewohner sind überwiegend Studenten aus mehreren Ländern zusammengewürfelt. Es herrscht eine grundlegend positive Stimmung vor, gelegentlich haben wir auch gemeinschaftliche Aktivitäten unternommen. Wer allerdings seine Ruhe will kann diese zu jeder Zeit haben. Außerdem existiert ein wöchentlich rotierender Reinigungsplan, wobei aufgrund der Anzahl der Mitbewohner die Arbeitsbelastung hier minimal ausfällt.
The flatmates are mostly students from various countries, creating a diverse mix. There’s a generally positive atmosphere, and we occasionally do activities together. However, anyone who prefers peace and quiet can have it at any time. Additionally, there is a weekly rotating cleaning schedule, but due to the number of flatmates, the workload is minimal.
