Da die Wohnung zwei Badezimmer hat, kann eines davon alleine genutzt werden.
The room is about 25 square meters and equipped with the following furniture:
1 Bed (140x200) with slatted frame and mattress
1 clothes rail
1 desk
1 shelf to be used
2 full bookshelves
As the apartment has two bathrooms, the new flatmate*s can use one of them alone.
Die WG liegt im schönen Neuhausen-Nymphenburg, nahe des Schloss Nymphenburg und des Kanals. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig und bietet viele Parks und kleine Cafés im näheren Umkreis. Außerdem ist man in 4 Minuten zu Fuß an der Tram- und Bushaltestelle "Dall‘armi Straße", von der aus man in unter 20 Minuten direkt den Hauptbahnhof erreicht. Zudem liegt die Haltestelle "Gern" der U1 mit dem Fahrrad 5 Minuten entfernt.
The shared flat is located in beautiful Neuhausen-Nymphenburg, close to Nymphenburg Palace and the canal. The residential area is very quiet and offers many parks and small cafés in the immediate vicinity. It is also a 4-minute walk to the "Dall'armi Straße" streetcar and bus stop, which takes you directly to the main train station in under 20 minutes. The "Gern" stop on the U1 underground line is also 5 minutes away by bike.
Normalerweise leben in dieser Wohnung Clemens (26) und ich, Marlene (26). Da ich aber ab August 2024 für ca 8 Monate mein Auslandssemester in Québec verbringen werde, wollen wir einen der Räume untervermieten. Gemeinsam genutzte Räume sind die Küche und das Wohnzimmer, das gleichzeitig das Durchgangszimmer zu Deinem/Euren Zimmer sein wird.
Clemens hat dieses Jahr seinen Bachelor in Architektur absolviert und arbeitet nun in einem Architekturbüro. Er ist sehr unkompliziert und lässt dir Raum, ist aber sicherlich für das ein oder andere Feierabendbier oder zum Zocken zu haben :)
Normally Clemens (26) and I, Marlene (26), live in this apartment. However, as I will be spending my semester abroad in Québec for about 8 months from August 2024, we want to sublet one of the rooms. The shared rooms are the kitchen and the living room, which will also be the connecting room to your private room.
Clemens completed his bachelor's degree in architecture this year and is now working in an architecture firm. He is very uncomplicated and gives you your space, but is certainly up for a beer or some gaming after work :)
