I’ll be moving out of this room at the end of November, and am looking for someone to take it over. I moved to Munich for a work opportunity which has since ended, and will be going back to Australia due to this. In the apartment are currently 2 girls who work full time - both very very friendly and kind. It is a very fun and easy going WG. We do cook together sometimes, but also respect each others space just as much. There is never any pressure to do communal things if you don’t want to :)
Furniture in the room currently included:
A Bed (180x200CM) & mattress
2 Sets of Bed Sheets (1x white & 1x green)
2 towels
Standup desk with monitor
Washing rack
Cupboard with a lovely mirror

2x bedside tables

Optional: I do also have a bike out the back, of course this is not mandatory but if you would like to have it please let me know. It’s also quite new since about May.
It is all ikea furniture that i bought and assembled myself. The desk is really awesome, I used it for a home office setup. Bed and mattress is very comfy and as it is a bigger size, its very spacious.
It’s also important to note that all the furniture is relatively new. I bought it all in May so it hasn’t been used for too long.
Located in Neuhausen - Nymphenburg this apartments location is absolutely insane.
Ubahn station (Mailingerstrasse) is 5 minutes away with the U1 getting you to Hauptbanhof in an easy 4 minutes. With this, the S Bahn is probably a 12 minute walk away (Donnersbergerbrücke).
There is a Rewe, DM, Lidl also about a 5 minute walk away with lovely cafe’s and restaurants throughout the streets close to the apartment as well.
The Rotkreutzplatz is a 10 minute walk away and also has shops for groceries, bakeries, cafe’s, restaurants, and more.
The flat mates are 2 girls:
Kirsten (25) - from South Africa. Kirsten is a teacher working at an international school.
Cristina (28) - from Spain. Cristina works in a Hotel.
There is no elevator in the building. With that said, it is a nice old and classical style building.
