The room has two windows to the south, so very bright. The big kitchen is fully equipped and used on a regular basis.The bed in the room is 140 x 200 cm. The room has a leather sofa, a wardrobe, a shelf and a desk.
There is a washing machine. The house has an beautiful wooden floor, a nice bathroom, a separate lavatory.

The tram stop is right in front of the door. The subway station Rotkreuzplatz is 6 walking minutes away. All shops are very near. Parking space available. A bicycle can be used.
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle liegt vor der Haustüre, die U-Bahn Rotkreuzplatz ist 6 Geh-Minuten entfernt. Der Rotkreuzplatz 10 Gehminuten, der Nymphenburger Kanal 3 Minuten. Alle Läden sind fussläufig zu erreichen. der Rotkreuzplatz hat ein großes Warenhaus und einen Wochenmarkt.
Parkplatz findet man fast immer vor dem Haus, wenn nicht, dann in der näheren Umgebung.

Ich, der Vermieter, koche regelmäßig, aber nicht täglich. Bisher war es so, dass wir beide für den anderen mitgekocht haben. Ist aber nicht festgelegt, ergibt sich aus dem täglichen Umgang. Auch das einkaufen von Lebensmitteln haben wir abwechselnd gemacht.
Der Junior ist nur die Hälfte der Woche in der Wohnung. Er ist in der 5. Klasse, geht zwischen 8 und 9 ins Bett und schläft im Nebenzimmer.
Der Kleingarten kann mit genutzt werden. Es gibt auch ein Herrenfahrrad und auch ein Damenfahrrad, die in der Garage stehen oder auch mal im Freien.
Kellerabteil vorhanden, ist aber leider etwas feucht, ist also zum Unterstellen des Koffers nicht geeignet. Wochenend-Heimfahrer sind ganz klar bevorzugt, ist aber kein Muss. Ich spreche fließend Englisch, Italienisch und Spanisch.
