Cozy cheap room in Neuhausen-Nymphenburg in a pretty new flat.
The room is 11 squared meters and it is available from the 1st of June. This cozy bedroom is in a flat with three other bedrooms and it faces the backyard of the building.
I won't surely leave my mattress, but we can find an agreement about the rest of the furniture :) The room is located in a flat on the top floor of a house without elevator. In the house there is a kitchen equipped with anything you might need (there is also a dishwasher). Two bathrooms both with shower are available. There is also a bath on top of the two showers. One of the two bathrooms has also two sinks, new washing machine (bought this year) and a dryer.
The flat is very close to anything you need.
You have the U1 (Westfriedhof stop), tram 20 and 21 and several buses 2 minutes far from the house. There is also a night tram and a night bus from the city center (quite useful if you want to go out until late). The U1 takes you to the central station 7 minutes.
The house is very well located, not only because of the several public transports close it, but also due to the proximity of the Olympiapark, Dantebad and other smaller green areas. The house is in a residential area which means that it is very quiet, but you still are close to some restaurants and cafes. Ten minutes far from the house there is both a Lidl and Edeka.
It is not one of those houses where you do everything together because the most of us is quite busy the most of the time, but still we had some nice talks during dinner or when we met in the kitchen. It is more what Germans call a zweck WG :D
You are going to share the house with Caro, German consultant who travels a lot due to her job; Peter, German student and worker and a third flatmate that will be chosen in the next days (another guy is leaving the flat and I will update the ad as soon as we confirm the new guy). Still we have a cleaning plan in order to keep the house clean and tidy.
I don't speak German, hence please message me in English.
I would like to find a person that takes over my room as soon as possible since I need to focus on my new house. Hence, the more decisive you are and better is :) The rent includes all the nebenkosten. It means that you need to pay extra internet, TV and electricity.
There is a 75€ fee for the new washing machine and the dryer that we had to buy. We can talk about the furniture when we meet in person. You will meet me first and then the landlady who also wants to meet the new tenant. The landlady would like to have an evidence that you can afford the room. Looking forward to receiving your messages :D
