Das Haus ist alt und sehr hellhörig, daher ist ein ruhiger und rücksichtsvoller Mitbewohner gewünscht. Für Partys oder laute Zusammentreffen ist die Wohnung aus Rücksicht auf die Kinder im Haus ungeeignet.
Die derzeitige Bewohnerin ist gerne bereit ihre Möbel (weiß, IKEA) an den neuen Mieter zu verkaufen.
The house is rather old and poorly soundproofed, therefore I'm looking for a quiet and considerate roommate. Due to its thin walls I'm not looking for someone who wants to throw parties or loud get togethers.
The current roommate could sell her furniture (white, from IKEA) to the new roommate.
Top angebunden an den Rest von München und das Umland. Alle Läden zum täglichen Bedarf in Fußnähe.
