Firstly:
Visiting the room and meeting the roommates is only possible on Saturday, the 15th of February, or Sunday, the 16th of February. So when you apply for this room, please check if you are available on these dates :)
We are 7 people in total. We are a mix of various nationalities and you will get the chance to experience a unique international atmosphere. So it´s really important to us, to have an open-minded person as our new roommate. We don´t tolerate any kind of discrimination.
The flat is looking for an uncomplicated, friendly, clean person. The room is completely furnished (bed, matrace, desk, wardrobe, chair...).
It's a two floors apartment, with bathrooms on each floor, so there is usually no problem with bathroom times.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Dishwasher, microwave, oven, washing machine, dryer.... - we have everything you need!
Location close to the old pub district (Gern/Rotkreuzplatz).
Situated between Olympiapark and the Nymphenburg palace - great opportunities for spending free time, doing sports, etc...
The Dantebad is right behind the house and the Olympia Schwimmhalle is only ten minutes by bike!
On top of that, we have the U1, two tram lines and a bus station around the corner.
Shopping oportunities are good: Kaufland, Edeka, Aldi and some other small shops are very close by.
If we find a time slot we love to cook or just spend some time together in the kitchen, occasionally we have game nights or go out together. Of course friends are always welcome!
We are definitely not a "Zweck-WG". On the other hand we do respect people's privacy and spaces. It is the perfect combination!
