The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and both induction and heat stoves. Additionally, the bathroom includes a washing machine. We also have a basement where you can store items or keep your bike or skateboard.
Der beste Teil dieser Wohnung ist die Lage. Sie befindet sich am Giesinger Bahnhofplatz, und die Haustür liegt buchstäblich 10 Meter vom Eingang zur U-Bahn und eine Minute von der S-Bahn entfernt. You have connections to U2, U7, U8, S3, S7, S5, and right in front of the door, there’s tram 18 as well as a large number of buses. Additionally, within a 1-minute walk, you’ll find a HIP supermarket, a DM, several pharmacies, and a Biomarkt. A PENNY is a 5-minute walk away, and an ALDI SÜD is 10 minutes away. Furthermore, at Giesinger Bahnhofplatz itself, there are several bakeries and restaurants, such as kebab shops. Gyms are less than a ten-minute walk away.
