Das Zimmer ist relativ groß, verfügt über ein 1,40 m Bett (noch nicht auf dem Foto vorhanden), Schreibtisch und Schreibtischstuhl, zwei extra Matratzen aktuell als Sofa genutzt und diverese Regale. Es gibt ein tolles großes Erkerfenster (siehe Foto) mit Verglasung an der Seite.
Der Rest der Wohnung besteht aus einer gemütlichen Küche in der man bequem zu viert Platz findet (siehe Foto). Einem großen Bad mit Duschwanne und einer extra Toilette. Sowie ein weiteres Zimmer, das meine Mitebwohnerin bewohnt.
Die Fotos sind vom Sommer und es sind ein paar Möbel hinzugekommen.

The room is relatively large, has a 1.40 m bed (not yet in the photo), desk and desk chair, two extra mattresses currently used as a sofa and diverese shelves. There is a great large bay window (see photo) with glazing on the side.
The rest of the apartment consists of a cozy kitchen that comfortably seats four (see photo). A large bathroom with a shower tray and an extra toilet. As well as another room, which is occupied by my roommate.
The pictures are from summer and there is a few new furniture pieces.
Die Wohnung ist relativ zentral gelegen und super angebunden durch die U2, die nur 4 Gehminuten entfernt ist, ist man innerhabl von 8 Fahrminuten am Hbf. Außerdem gibt es eine Anbindung an die Tram und Ringbusse zum Ostbahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele verschiedene im Umkreis von 10 Gehminuten, der nächste Penny ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt.

The apartment is relatively centrally located and well connected by the U2, which is only a 4-minute walk away, you are within 8 minutes drive to the main station. There is also a connection to the streetcar and ring buses to Ostbahnhof. There are many different shops within a 10-minute walk, the nearest Penny is only a 3-minute walk away.
Meine tollste Mitbewohnerin, Karo (26), studiert gerade in ihrem 4. Semester Soziale Arbeit und war vorher schon ein paar Jahre berufstätig. Sie ist eine ambitionierte Köchin und aktuell stark ins Fermentationsgame eingestiegen. Sie ist defintiv die Innenarchitektin von uns beiden, die unserer Wohnung das gemütliche Leben eingehaucht hat. Wenn sie nicht gerade irgendwo in München unterwegs ist, dann chillt sie am liebsten in ihrem Hausanzug auf unserer Coach in der Küche.

My best roommate, Karo (26), is currently studying social work in her 4th semester and has been working for a few years before that. She's an ambitious cook and is currently heavily into the fermentation game. She is definitely the interior designer of the two of us, giving our apartment the final touch. When she's not outside somewhere in Munich, she loves to chill in her house suit on our couch in the kitchen.
