Das Zimmer hat Parkettboden und ein großes Fenster. Es ist komplett möbliert - mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und Stuhl. Du kannst aber natürlich noch eigene Sachen mitbringen. Wir suchen nette, umgängliche und ordentliche Mitbewohner. Es gibt eine Küche, 2 Badezimmer mit jeweils einem WC, es ist also genug Platz und Privatsphäre vorhanden, falls du mal ein wenig Ruhe haben willst. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Geschirr und Besteck, es ist aber noch genug Platz vorhanden dass auch du deine Gegenstände noch unterbringen kannst. Im Keller, welcher auch gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden kann, ist viel Stauraum vorhanden für Fahrräder, Trainingsgeräte etc.
The room has parquet flooring and a large window. It is fully furnished - with bed, desk, closet and chair. Of course you can bring your own things. We are looking for nice, sociable and tidy flatmates.There is a kitchen, 2 bathrooms with a toilet each, so there is enough space and privacy if you want to have some peace and quiet. The kitchen is equipped with crockery and cutlery, but there is still enough space for you to store your belongings. In the basement, which can also be used communally, there is plenty of storage space for bicycles, training equipment, etc.
Direkte Umgebung:
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in Obergiesing. Das Haus selbst ist an einer Stichstraße, die einige Meter hinter dem Haus endet, es besteht also so gut wie kein Verkehrslärm.
Nahverkehr:
Die Ubahnhaltestelle Mangfallplatz (U1) ist ca 8 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Von hier fährt man 11 Minuten bis zum Hauptbhanhof, 15 Minuten zum Marienplatz und 18 Minuten zur Haltestelle Universität. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 4 Gehminuten entfernt. Von dort sind es 7 Minuten bis zur S-Bahn Haltestelle Giesing.
Einkaufen, Restaurants, Erholung:
In 10 Gehminuten ist ein Edeka Superkarkt erreichbar. Im Umkreis von ca 15 Gehminuten befinden sich weitere Supermärkte (z.B Aldi), verschiedene Kioske, Bäckereien, Konditoreien, Pizzerien und Restaurants. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 bis 15 Minuten am beliebten Flaucher / Isar wo man im Sommer super baden und grillen kann.

The flat is located in an apartment building in Obergiesing. The house itself is on a cul-de-sac that ends a few metres behind the house, so there is no traffic noise.
Local transport:
The underground station Mangfallplatz (U1) is about 8 minutes walk from the flat. From here it takes 11 minutes to the main station, 15 minutes to Marienplatz and 18 minutes to the university stop. The nearest bus stop is a 4-minute walk away. From there it is 7 minutes to the S-Bahn stop Giesing.
Shopping, restaurants, recreation:
An Edeka supermarket is a 10-minute walk away. Within a 15-minute walk there are other supermarkets (e.g. Aldi), various kiosks, bakeries, pastry shops, pizzerias and restaurants. By bike you can reach the popular Flaucher / Isar in 10 to 15 minutes, where you can swim and barbecue in summer.
Wir führen ein recht lockeres WG-Leben. Zusammensitzen oder mal weggehen wenn's sich ergibt (und wieder möglich ist), muss aber nicht ständig sein. Und wenn die Zimmertüre mal längere Zeit geschlossen ist ist auch niemand böse. Wenn du dir vorstellen kannst auch so zu leben und keine Lust auf eine reine Zweck-WG hast bist du bei uns möglicherweise genau richtig!
We lead a pretty relaxed flat-sharing life. We sit together or go out when it's convenient (and possible again), but it doesn't have to be all the time. And if the room door is closed for a longer period of time, no one is angry. If you can imagine living like this and don't want to live in a purely functional flat-share, you might be in the right place with us!
