Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und ist mit grossen Fenstern ausgestattet. Es hat einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon. Der Balkon hat schon einen Tisch und Stühle. Das ZIMMER IST UNMÖBLIERT.
Looking for someone to move in on the 15th of July.
The room has very big windows, so you get a lot of natural light. You have direct access to the balcony, which already has a table and chairs. THE ROOM IS NOT FURNISHED.

Sehr gut angebunden, die Bushaltestelle Tettnanger Straße ist zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreichbar und Westkreuz S-Bahn Haltestelle in 8 Minuten. München HBF ist in 22 Minuten erreichbar.
Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Rewe, Aldi und Rossmann sind 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Bäckerei und andere Geschäfte auch 6 Minuten entfernt.
ENGLISCH:
The Wg is very well connected, you can walk in 2 Minutes to the Tettnanger Straße Bus Stop. the S Bahn Stop "Westkreuz" is 8 minutes away, and with it, you can be in 22 minutes in the Hbf already.
There are many options for grocery shopping, Rewe and Aldi are 8 minutes away and a Bakery and other small shops are 6 minutes away. It's a very convenient location!
Deine Neue Mitbewohnerinnen wären Valentina (26), Josefa (24) und Mona (eine süße Katze!). Die beiden studieren an der LMU und sie sprechen sowohl Englisch, Spanisch als auch Deutsch. Sie sind sehr offen und freundlich. Super wichtig ist, dass Mona auch eine Mitbewohnerin ist, sie ist zwar die meiste Zeit in Valentinas Zimmer, bewegt sich aber natürlich auch durch die Wohnung. An sonnigen Tagen wäre es auch super wenn du sie auf den Balkon, der zur Wohnung gehört, lassen könntest.
ENGLISCH:
Your new roomies would be Valentina (26), Josefa (24) and Mona (a cute cat!!). Valentina and Josefa are studying in the LMU, they speak English, Spanish and German. they're both very friendly.
Very important is the fact that Mona is a roommate as well. She's mostly in Valentina's room but she moves through the WG. Especially during sunny days, it would be very nice if you can let her be on the balcony, as she enjoys just looking at the sky. She is really well behaved and never breaks anything.
