cozy private room is available in a shared WG near Passing hbf.
It is fully furnished apartment including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven and wifi. Room has bed, table and closet. Entire apartment is shared with 4 people in total (including you) so other 3 room mates are working professionals and doing fulltime job in IT, and Engineering field. They are very nice and chilled people and easy to go along with.
Considering locality, Penny and Edeka are nearest store with 2 mins walk (200 metre) and bus nr. 57 takes you directly to Passing hbf in 5 mins. Westkreuz is also bearest S Bahn station. So you will be very well connected with bus, S bahn and tram connections throughout the city. If you have a car, you can park it for free on the street which is mostly free.
It is available from today (6th June) for longterm with proper legal contract and KVR. Only requirement is you have to show proof of payment in terms of employement contract or last 2 to 3 salary slips to owner for making contract. Rent includes everything, you dont need to pay anything extra.
Additionally I have a video of entire apartment which I can send you on interest. WG Gesucht as platform does not allow to share videos on advertisement.
