We, the landlords 4mates (www.4mates.de) , are a professional WG provider here in Munich, and my job is to get to know you in a short conversation to then decide whether you fit into the offered WG. Since I've been doing this for some time and our WG residents have become close friends, this confirms that I have the right instinct to choose you so that you fit together super ;-)

In addition, you have a contact person no matter what the problem is. Furthermore you don't have to worry about anything - neither about a new tenant nor about other things like GEZ fees after registration, electricity, additional payments etc..
