In all there are 8 furnished bedrooms, with a bed, closet, desk, and chair. On the bottom floor there are two guys that share one bathroom. There are three guys that also share one bathroom and on the second floor, and on YOUR floor there will be three girls that also share their own private bathroom. Everyone shares one big kitchen and each floor has their own big fridge.
All the tenants of the house are between the ages of 21 and 31 all of which are international people from all over the world. Everyone is very friendly so we aim to find people who we think would get along.

The shared kitchen is equipped with three fridges, stove tops, and dishwashers, ensuring enough space and efficiency for all tenants. In addition, the dining table comfortably accommodates ten people for shared meals or simply shared conversations. The backyard offers enough space for outdoor activities or a round of ping pong.
We aim to find tenants who are willing to create a peaceful and respectful community, where one has the option to unwind in their private room or be social and seek conversation in the common area.
