ABOUT THE FLAT:
The entire flat is 90 sqm with four rooms and 4 people will share the flat
The flat mates share a fully furnished and equipped kitchen, bathroom and (separate) WC
Stable Internet access provided in each room (cable connection)
There is a washing and drying room in the basement of the building
ABOUT THE ROOM:
The rooms are fully furnished and elements of furniture can be replaces / added according to tenant´s preference. Now each room has:
