Welcome to the accommodation hustle of Munich😅
Room is around 14 sqm (620€-furnished-existing equipment cost: 300€). I am the main tenant so we pot the money together and I pay landlord. The WG has all the necessary equipments like Dishwasher, Oven, Washing Machine, Vacuum cleaner and Fridge. The high speed internet cost is also included in the rent.
The location is extremely nice. It's in north of Munich. Olympic Park and English garden are very close. The nearest bus stop/ tram station is at 3 min walking distance. Edeka/ Rossmann/ netto are also 5 min walking distance. München freiheit is also just 1.5 km away. Overall it's very nice area with pleiof cafés and restaurants nearby. On one side you have easy Public transport and on other side you have peaceful big garden which you can enjoy from private balcony ;)
I’m Sumit, 28 years old from India. I’m working as an Automotive Engineer. I am an avid traveller, love to meet new people and always open for new experiences. I enjoy going on hikes, bouldering or kickboxing. (The balcony has access through my room)
Adan is a Biology student, 26 old from Palestine. He’s the owner of our beautiful Dog “Cassie”. He is a regular Gym person and spends most his time studying.
We enjoyed keeping a diverse and international vibe in the WG so far and are looking for someone who enjoys the same. We’re also open to have another Pet in the WG 🥰
There’s a cleaning plan which is regularly followed.
