16qm WG-Zimmer in der Nähe der Münchner Freiheit

Die Wohnung ist nur 5min weg von der Ubahn Station Münchner Freiheit und der U3/U6, man ist also mega schnell an der Uni, in der Innenstadt und im Englischen Garten. Rewe/Edeka/Asia Shop nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Die Wohnung ist im ersten Stock und besteht außer den 2 Schlafzimmern noch aus einem Bad, einer Küche mit Esstisch, einer Abstellkammer und einem Balkon. Waschmaschine ist in der Küche, Gemeinschaftstrockner gibts im Keller, außerdem ist ein geteiltes Kellerabteil mit dabei, also genug Storage Space. Wie ihr in den Photos sehen könnt sind die vibes der Wohnung sehr 60s/retro.

The apartment is only 5min away from the Subway Station Münchner Freiheit and the U3/U6, so we're very close to uni, the city center and the Englischer Garten. Several Grocery Stores only a few minutes away. The apartments in the first floor and is comprised of 2 Bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen with a small dining table, a storage room and a balcony. There's a washer in the kitchen as well as a communal drier in the basement. There's also shared basement storage, so there should be enough space for all your stuff. As you can see in the photos, the vibes of the apartment are very 60s/retro.

Ich koche gerne vegetarisch, also findest du mich wahrscheinlich viel in der Küche und bleibe tendenziell nachts lange wach. Bin als Mitbewohnerin relativ unkompliziert, eher ordentlich aber kein Sauberkeitsfanatiker, schlafe tief also weckst du mich wahrscheinlich nicht ausversehen auf, und offen dafür zu chillen aber lasse auch Privatssphäre. I like to cook vegetarian food, so you'll probably find me in the kitchen a lot, and I also tend to stay up pretty late. I'm fairly low maintenance as a roommate, pretty tidy but not a neat freak, deep sleeper so no chance of accidentally waking me up, and open to hanging out but also letting you have your personal space. This flatshare is also queer + internationals friendly!

Der Vertrag ist befristet aber die Ein/Auszugsdaten sind nicht in Stein gemeißelt, also schreibt mir gerne auch wenn ihr nicht genau in der Zeit könnt, vielleicht passt es ja trotzdem. Die Vermieter möchten außerdem gerne eine Selbstauskunft und eine Schufa (solicitar ahora) -Auskunft sehen, also die gerne bereithalten.

The lease is limited, but the move in/out dates are somewhat flexible, so feel free to hit me up even if it's not the exact timespan you'd want to stay, we might come to an agreement anyway.
