Hallo, ich biete ein möbliertes Zimmer mit Balkon in einer 5er-WG in der Münchner Freiheit (U6- und U3-Station 2 Minuten entfernt) an. Das Zimmer ist etwa 11 m² groß und mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Stuhl ausgestattet. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock (mit Aufzug) und das Zimmer verfügt über einen wunderschönen Balkon mit einem 180-Grad-Blick.
Die Küche wurde kürzlich renoviert, und die Geräte (Herd, Backofen, Spülmaschine) sind alle neu installiert. Auch das Badezimmer wurde vor Kurzem modernisiert und ist mit zwei Waschbecken und einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Im Gebäude gibt es einen Keller zur Unterbringung von Fahrrädern und einen Waschmaschinenraum.
Hello, I offer a room furnished room with a balcony in a 5 people shared apartment in Münchner Freiheit (U6 and U3 station 2 minutes away). The room is about 11 m^2 and comes with bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. The apartment is located on the 5-th floor (with elevator) and the room has a wonderful balcony with a 180 degrees view. The kitchen has been renovated recently and the appliances (stove, oven, dishwasher) are all newly installed. The bathroom has also been renovated recently and comes with two sinks and a bathtub. In the building there is a cellar to store bikes and a washing machine room.
Die Lage ist sehr praktisch: U6 + U3, Straßenbahnen und Busse sind in der Nähe. Ein Rewe befindet sich direkt vor der Wohnung, ein Lidl ist 5 Minuten entfernt, und Bars in der Münchner Freiheit sind ebenfalls in 5 Minuten erreichbar.
The location is very convenient: U6 + U3, trams and buses, a Rewe is located in front of the apartment and a Lidl is 5 minutes away. Bars in Münchner Freiheit are 5 minutes away.
