- ein großzügiges Kellerabteil.

Die Wohnung liegt in der schönen Schwabing-Parkstadt.
Ein paar Gehminuten von der Wohnung ist direkt die TRAM-Linie 23, welche dich in 6 Minuten zur Münchner Freiheit bringt. Alternativ ist man auch in wenigen Minuten an der U6 Station Alte Heide.
Ein kleines Shopping-Center mit allem, was man so im Alltag braucht (REWE, PENNY, DM, Bäckerei, Restaurants) ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Mit dem Fahrrad bist du in 9 Minuten an der Münchner Freiheit oder im Englischen Garten Nordteil und in 13 Minuten an der Universität.

The apartment is located in the beautiful Schwabing-Parkstadt.
A few minutes walk from the apartment is directly the TRAM-Line 23, which takes you in 6 minutes to Münchner Freiheit. Alternatively, you can also be at the U6 Station Alte Heide in a few minutes.
A small shopping center with everything you need (REWE, PENNY, DM, bakery, restaurants) is only a three-minute walk away.
By bike you are at the Münchner Freiheit or the English Garden in 9 minutes and at University in 13 minutes.
Ich werde leider die WG im August verlassen müssen, da ich einen Master in Kopenhagen beginne. Daher suchen mein Mitbewohner und ich eine passende Nachfolge.
Hier eine kurze Vorstellung von Mateo, deinem potentiellen Mitbewohner:

I will have to leave the shared apartment in August because I am starting a Master's program in Copenhagen. Therefore, my roommate and I are looking for a suitable replacement.

"I am Mateo, 26 years old, and I work as a Junior Art Director at an agency in the city center of Munich. I love recording my own music, playing guitar, and singing. On my free evenings, I like to go dancing or hang out with friends at a bar or restaurant.

Ich ziehe für meinen Master nach Kopenhagen und tausche mein Zimmer gegen eine Unterkunft in Kopenhagen.
