Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen. Direkt am Luitpoldpark sowie 10 Minuten zum Englischen Garten und perfekte Anbindung mit der U2 in alle Richtungen.
Ich lebe hier mit meinem Mitbewohner, er kommt aus Italien, spricht jedoch deutsch. :)
Für ihn suche ich eine Person die hier nicht betrunken nach der Wiesn aufschlägt sondern angenehm ist und die Privatsphäre respektiert.
