I am currently looking for a flatmate as my current one is moving out of country.
The bedroom is nice and big. The house has another bedroom (mine), a spacious and nice living room with balcony, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and a small storage room.
The room would be mostly furnished and the furniture would be sold to the new tenant.
