I currently live in Schwabing West a 10 min walk from the Olympia park.
I’m looking for a business individual that wants to share my penthouse style flat with me as starting January I plan to only be in Munich maximum 2 nights per week (Tuesday evening and Wednesday evening days I will be in the office so literally only a resting place). An occasional weekend in the year (3 times max) or a couple Oktoberfest days (work related). The flat would mainly be yours. I’m willing to keep my furniture in the flat or move it out completely, but wanted to see if anyone was interested in this kind of living arrangement. I’m willing to compromise. The closet and bed cannot be moved as it was built into the wall and the bed frame to match. Mattress can be changed out no problem.
December is also possible as I will only be in the flat for a week.
In this living arrangement I would sleep on the couch. I would only be there nights.
It’s a 70 square meters flat with a small balcony and a large terrace overlooking the Olympia tower and BMW building. A big bathroom with a bathtub and an open kitchen with granite countertops, in floor heating wooden floor, huge glass windows, a parking garage, and cellar.
I am looking for a clean and tidy individual as I’ve invested a lot of money into high quality products for the flat.

My price for the shared condition would be 1270€ warm along with first and last months rent.
Must be insured (haftpflichtversicherung). And have a good Schufa (solicitar ahora) .
