I rent my room in a WG from 21st of feb till 1st of may. We can discuss more in details the date can be extended!:)
The room is 20 m2 everything needed is inside for clothes and sleep.
The warm price is 750€ per month.
The appartment is really well located (5minutes by walk to central station and Sendlinger thor), 10 minutes to Karlplatz. Regarding shop hou have everything next to the appartment: rewe 2 minutes walk, edeka & Lidl 5 minuyes walk. You are really located in city center and can access everything really quick without any problems.
I am leaving with 2 frenchies (man) and 1 german girl. We are between 27 and 29 years old all workinh in munich. We are sometimes doing activities together and its a really friendly WG (we are friends). My flatemates are always here to help so if you need anything they will be happy yo help you.
