Hallo zusammen,
in meiner WG werden ab August zwei Zimmer frei, die zusammen vermietet werden. Das Enddatum ist bis Ende Februar gedacht, aber es ist flexibel und können es gerne besprechen.
Das Schlafzimmer hat 9 qm und das andere Zimmer 6 qm. Das andere Zimmer eignet sich als Arbeitszimmer. Die Raumaufteilung ist praktisch, wenn man Sachen erledigen möchte und das nicht etwa neben dem Bett :) Beide Zimmer sind möbiliert.
Die gesamte Wohnung hat ca. 55 qm. Die Wohnküche ist sehr groß und bietet einen gemeinsamen Aufenthaltsraum zum Austauschen und Abhängen.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Stadtteil Westend/Schwanthalerhöhe, das verschiedene Bars, Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten bietet. Die Theresienwiese liegt in der Nähe.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und direkt an der Tramhaltestelle Barthstraße 18/19. Mit der Tram ist man in wenigen Minuten am HBF. Absonsten sind Bus, U-Bahn und S-Bahn in max. 15-Minuten Fußweg erreichbar.
Zum Einkaufen gibt es in der Nähe ein Lidl, Edeka und DM. Außerdem sind Fitness- und Sportstudios ebenfalls schnell erreichbar.
