A beautiful old apartment with high ceilings, parquet and floorboards, stucco on the ceilings and old beautiful double windows.
There are two bathrooms, both with a toilet and a shower, one has an bathtub in addition. Both beautiful and refurbished. The kitchen is huge with induction stove, dishwasher and an oven equipment that we did not even know exists :D. In addition, there is a storage room in the apartment, a basement compartment, bicycle cellar and courtyard to park bicycles.
The room is spacious with 17 square meters, high ceilings and bright through his two large and pretty windows. It is furnished, with a bed, a desk, a couch and shelf. The room has shalosias, if you want it dark.
It will be a short lease, but we are a little bit flexible with the total duration, it can be 2 or 3 or even 4 months.
Schwanthalerhöhe, 3 min to the next two subway stations (U4/5)
Markus and I are in our mid-30s, so 37 and 39, but we both feel like early 30s ;). Michi is 28. Liss is unfortunately moving out, because she moves in with her boyfriend - which we are really happy about, but also very sad.
We want a WG in which everyone feels comfortable and ideally understands each other so well that you also want to do something together. We have someone who comes to clean the common rooms (this is an extra 50€ per month which is not listed in the cost overview). You should somehow have your things under control and maybe not have just moved out your parents place, maybe have already seen something of the world. Probably, the already quite high rent might take care of that by itself.
We would also be happy if we could get the male-female ratio balanced (i.e. 50-50). In our opinion, this makes living together just a little bit nicer. Ah yes, Michi is short for Michaela, so she's female ;).
Markus comes from the Munich area, a bit outside, but has lived in Munich for 15 years, with interruptions abroad (study semesters or travels...). Helge comes from the north, last Hamburg and moved to Munich about 2 year ago. One reason was the proximity to the mountains, snowboarding was always a bit difficult from northern Germany. Michi comes from Regensburg and has been living in Munich for a while now too.
We all have a job that is quite important to us. Markus and Helge work in home office most times, but are also on business trips from time to time. Michi goes to the offices 4 times a week and works in HR for a Start-Up/Scale-Up. Markus and Helge have an engineering background and are now in IT.
Please take the opportunity and write a little bit more about you, rather than too little. We take the time to read all messages!
