In unserer wunderschönen Altbauwohnung erwartet dich alles, was das Herz begehrt: hohe Decken, wunderschöner Fischgrätenparkett und Stuck an den Decken! Die Fenster sind zwar alt und schlecht, aber doppelt verglast und dafür umso schöner. :D
Die Wohnung hat zwei Bäder, beide mit Toilette und Dusche, und eines davon sogar mit einer Badewanne. Beide Bäder wurden frisch saniert und sind hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Küche ist riesig und top ausgestattet: Induktionsherd, Spülmaschine, Dampfgarer und Tellerwärmer – alles, was du brauchst und viel mehr. :D Außerdem gibt es einen Abstellraum in der Wohnung, ein Kellerabteil, einen Fahrradkeller und einen Innenhof, wo du dein Fahrrad sicher abstellen kannst.
Dein Zimmer ist 15 qm groß, hell und hat schönes Fischgrätenparkett. Vereinzelt können Möbel übernommen werden, optional (Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Gardinenstange). Zu Deinem Zimmer gehört auch ein ruhiger West-Balkon, der nur für dich ist und direkt an dein Zimmer anschließt. Das Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und die große Wohnküche sind perfekt für gesellige Abende mit deinen Mitbewohnern und Freunden. Der Preis für dein Zimmer umfasst alle Nebenkosten, einschließlich Heizung, Strom, GEZ und Internet.

Markus und Helge sind Mitte 30 – also 37 und 39 –, fühlen uns aber eher wie Anfang 30 😉. Liss und Michi ziehen aus, weil sie jeweils mit ihrem Freund zusammenziehen – was uns freut, aber auch ein bisschen traurig macht. Ab März zieht Kristina bei uns ein, und jetzt suchen wir noch eine weitere Person für unsere WG. Da Kristina im September wieder ausziehen wird, kannst Du beim Casting für eine neue vierte Person dann sogar mit eintscheiden.
Wir möchten eine WG, in der sich alle wohlfühlen und idealerweise auch mal etwas zusammen unternehmen. Eine Reinigungskraft kümmert sich um die Gemeinschaftsräume (50 € extra pro Monat, nicht in der Kostenübersicht enthalten). Du solltest dein Leben im Griff haben und vielleicht nicht gerade erst von Zuhause ausgezogen sein – die hohe Miete regelt das vermutlich von selbst. Ein ausgeglichenes Männer-Frauen-Verhältnis (50/50) fänden wir auch schön, daher suchen wir nach weiblicher Verstärkung.
Zu uns:
Markus kommt aus der Münchner Umgebung und lebt seit 15 Jahren in München – mit Unterbrechungen für Auslandssemester und Reisen. Helge kommt aus dem Norden, zuletzt in Hamburg, und ist vor zwei Jahren nach München gezogen – unter anderem wegen der Nähe zu den Bergen, denn Snowboarden war im Norden eher schwierig. Wir haben beide einen Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik-Hintergrund und sind mittlerweile in der IT tätig. Kristina ist 28, hat in München an der LMU Epidemiologie studiert und vor zwei Jahren für ihren Job in Berlin in den Bereich Marktzugang für neue Krebsmedikamente gewechselt. Da sie wenig vor Ort sein muss und München vermisst, zieht sie zurück und kommt ab März in unserer WG.

Markus and I are in our mid-30s—37 and 39, to be exact—but we feel more like we're in our early 30s 😉. Liss and Michi are moving out because they're moving in with their boyfriends, which makes us happy but also a little sad. Starting in March, Kristina will be moving in, and we're now looking for one more person to join our shared apartment!
We want a flatshare where everyone feels comfortable and ideally does things together from time to time. A cleaning service takes care of the common areas (€50 extra per month, not included in the cost overview). You should have your life together and preferably not have just moved out from your parents' place—the high rent probably takes care of that anyway. We'd also love to have a balanced mix of men and women (50/50).
About us:
Markus is from the Munich area and has been living in Munich for 15 years—with some breaks for studying abroad and traveling. Helge is from the north, most recently from Hamburg, and moved to Munich two years ago—partly because of the mountains, since snowboarding wasn’t really an option up north. We both have backgrounds in aerospace engineering and now work in IT. Kristina is 28, studied epidemiology at LMU in Munich, and moved to Berlin two years ago to work in market access for new cancer drugs. Since she doesn’t need to be on-site much and misses Munich, she’s moving back and will be joining our WG in March.
