The room is about 14 sqm and comes furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a floor lamp, and a desk with a matching chair, all included in the rent. Hopefully, you can get a better impression from the pictures. =)
The building is located on a quiet side street, far from noisy traffic sounds.
The U-Bahn and S-Bahn station "Harras" is practically right at your doorstep (just a 2-minute walk).
The nearest grocery stores are Lidl (about a 5-minute walk) and two Edekas (each about an 8-minute walk).
As an enthusiastic swimmer, my personal favorite is the Südbad, which you can easily reach in about 10 minutes on foot.
Even though I will miss the chats with my flatmates, I have to admit that this is a functional shared apartment (Zweck-WG). We’re all working professionals and are mostly home only in the evenings for a few hours. The apartment is not suitable for wild parties.
We also have a cleaning schedule that is followed quite strictly, which is why the apartment maintains a certain level of cleanliness.
The primary language spoken in the apartment is English.
I’m looking for someone to take over my room, but I’m not the landlord. This means I can only make suggestions to the landlord, but the final decision on who gets the room is not up to me.
I also cannot guarantee that the rent will stay the same. I don’t expect any changes, and if there are, they should be minimal, but again, this is not my decision. Please mention in your message that you’ve read and understood this. :)
