Fully furnished room of 8 sqm in a house with a nice garden, shared kitchen and two shared bathrooms.
The room includes a table with a chair, a wardrobe, a bed, curtains, and lamp. It is fully ready to be moved in. It's a quiet room in a clean, shared apartment with 5 roommates. You will have your own space in the fridge and a shelf for your groceries.
There are two bathrooms, that you will share with the same gender. Washing machine and dryer are included and free of charge. Also you will be able to spend time in our beautiful garden.
The neighbourhood is pretty quiet, but very well accessible throughout day and night.The bus stop is right in front of the house, and takes you to near U-bahnstations within 5-10 minutes. Marienplatz is about 20 minutes by public transport.
Grocery shops are less than 10 minutes walk or even less if you take the bike or bus.
You will share the apartment with 5 other students, all internationals. Everyone is very chill and you can spend a lot of time with them if you want, but you don't have to. If you prefer to be on your own that's also totally fine. We have a cleaning schedule so the apartment stays tidy.
The room is available from the 15th of March until the 1st of May for anyone who's interested, not necessarily just students. It is the perfect place to see the spring come to Munich in our beautiful sunny garden. Message me if you're interested and don't hesitate to ask questions:))
