ich verreise für eine knappe Woche und würde daher gerne für den Zeitraum vom 12.06.-16.06.2024 mein Zimmer pauschal für 150€ untervermieten - für alle, die ein temporäres Airbnb suchen :-)
Es handelt sich um ein möbeliertes 8qm-Zimmer in einer netten 2er-WG (70qm) mit Balkon. Du wirst mit einer lieben Mitbewohnerin (31J., vollberufstätig in PR) zusammen wohnen. Dein Zimmer hat ein Bett, einen höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch, eine Kleiderstange und ein Nachttisch mit Lampe. Außerdem gibt es in der Wohnung:
- Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich
- Küche mit Ofen und Spülmaschine
- Bad mit Waschmaschine
- Fahrradabstellplätze
- Fahrstuhl im Haus
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Lage mit sehr guter Anbindung und fußläufig sind alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs erreichbar.
- 500m bis Harras für U6/S-Bahn/Regionalbahn
- 1km bis Brüdermühlstraße für U3
- 50m bis zur Bushaltestelle Sylvensteinstraße
- 50m bis zur Aral-Tankstelle
- Lidl, DM, Edeka, Apotheken am Harras/Brudermühlstraße verfügbar
- diverse Restaurants und Lokale am Harras/Brudermühlstraße

I am traveling for almost a week and would therefore like to sublet my room for a flat rate of 150€ for the period from 12.06.-16.06.2024 - for all those looking for a temporary Airbnb :-)
It is a furnished 8sqm room in a nice shared flat (70sqm) with balcony. You will live together with a lovely roommate (31 years old, working full-time in PR). Your room has a bed, a height-adjustable desk, a clothes rail and a bedside table with lamp. The apartment also has
- Living room with dining area
- Kitchen with oven and dishwasher
- Bathroom with washing machine
- Bicycle storage
- Elevator in the building
The apartment is in a quiet location with very good connections and all stores for daily needs are within walking distance:
- 500m to Harras for U6/S-Bahn/regional train
- 1km to Brüdermühlstraße for U3
- 50m to the Sylvensteinstraße bus stop
- 50m to the Aral petrol station
- Lidl, DM, Edeka, pharmacies available at Harras/Brudermühlstraße
- Various restaurants and pubs on Harras/Brudermühlstraße
