The room is a spacious 23 m², with plenty of natural light that makes it feel airy and inviting. It comes fully furnished, including a cozy double bed, a big sofa, a TV, and a large study desk—perfect for working or studying comfortably.
Common Areas: The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen that’s great for cooking. The hallway is big and has a dining table, making it a nice spot to eat or hang out. The bathroom also has plenty of storage space for everyone’s things.
There’s a shared laundry room in the basement, available for all residents in the building.
The apartment is located in a nice, calm neighborhood with easy access to public transport. It’s just 3 minutes from Mittersendling S-Bahn station and 15 minutes from Harras U-Bahn station. Bus stops are also only 5 minutes away.
For shopping, both Rewe and Aldi are within a 5-minute walk
Your (hopefully) future flatmates, Nil and Rabia, are both 23 years old, from Turkey, and currently doing their Master's at LMU. The atmosphere in the apartment is relaxed and friendly, making it a great place for someone who appreciates a calm, respectful living environment. The shared spaces are always tidy, and everyone respects each other’s privacy. We also sometimes cook or have some coffe together so
