Fully furnished room with wardrobe, double bed, shelves, and desk - no fees for the existing furniture is necessary. Our apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, with all the necessary dishes and small daily equipments. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. In one of the bathrooms we also have a washing machine for common use. Everything is well maintained and very good quality.
A basement with storage (keller), bike storage, and an elevator are also available in the building. Everything from the picture is included in the room!
This apartment has a very good location! Within a few hundred meters you'll be able to find all the necessary daily shops (Netto, Lidl, Edeka, Rossmann, DM, bakeries, etc...). The closest Ubahn Station is Harras (U6) and we are only 3min by foot from the Mittersendling S-Bahn Station (S7). From here you can reach the Hauptbahnhof in less than 20min by public transportation, or in 15min with the bike. Marienplatz is only 20min with the S-Bahn or U-Bahn, or around 18min with the bike.
The flat is very international! Your roommates will be Luciana, who is from Argentina and is working as a chemical engineer, and Gul Zain, from Pakistan, who is doing his PhD in Computer Science. The third room will also become free by the end of the month and someone new will come. If you have a female friend that would like to join the WG, just let me know!
We have a pretty chilled and friendly co-living atmosphere. We all work full-time and have our own lives, but we try to do things together from time to time. We try to keep the flat clean and in order, so we have a cleaning plan and every week there's a pair responsible for cleaning the common areas.
The WG has to stay balanced gender-wise, so I am searching for a man (sorry girls) to replace me!
I am searching for a man, respectful and clean, aged between 22-27, capable of paying for the room (the renting company will not specifically ask for a proof of income but it's better if you have an income), and that likes living in international environments! The minimum stay period is 6 months, so if you join you will have to pay the rent for this period. The renting company is called 4mates, and they are very useful if something needs to get repaired in the WG!
