Ich gehe auf Reisen und vermiete deswegen mein Zimmer für 2 Monate unter (ein bisschen flexibel bin ich bei den Daten, insbesondere beim Einzugstermin). Vielleicht fühlt sich ja auch jemand berufen, meine etwas jämmerlichen Zimmerpflanzen ein wenig aufzupäppeln in meiner Abwesenheit :D
Das Zimmer geht zur Implerstraße raus, die Fenster sind aber neu und deswegen kriegt man vom Straßenverkehr eigentlich wenig mit. Außerdem gibt es eine große Küche mit kleinem Balkon zum Innenhof hin, das rote Sofa wird demnächst durch ein fast genauso schönes grünes ersetzt werden.
I´m going travelling and am therefore subletting my room for 2 months. Maybe I´ll even find someone to care for my plants, which are a little sad looking at the moment? :D
The window goes out to Implerstraße, but is relatively new and therefore you don´t really notice much of the street noice. Other than that, the apartment has a big kitchen with a small balcony, the red couch will soon be replaced by a green one (almost as pretty).
Direkt an der Ubahnstation Implerstraße (3 Minuten zum Gleis). Penny, Edeka, Aldi, asiatischer und türkischer Supermarkt, gute Pizzeria, Tankstelle, urige Boazn und Sendlinger Loch (absolutes must-see) innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar!
Right by the subwaystation Implerstraße (3 minutes). Penny, Edeka, Aldi, asian and turkish supermarkets, great Italian place, gas station, local bar and Sendlinger Loch (absolute must-see) all reachable within 5 minutes!
In der WG wohnen ansonsten noch: Sophie, die bereits arbeitet, in ihrer Freizeit insbesondere Berg- aber auch jede andere Art von Sport betreibt. Maike, die auch einen Job neu anfängt, backen (und Volleyballspielen) kann wie eine junge Göttin und Klara, die aktuell noch studiert und total musikalisch ist, insbesondere im Gesang und am Klavier. Über die drei gibt es natürlich noch sehr viel mehr zu wissen, das findest du dann aber am besten selber heraus :)
Wir sind alle befreundet, hängen häufiger abends gemeinsam ab und trinken Wein/Sekt/Apfelschorle, Kochen, schauen Sport oder Trash-TV und freuen uns, wenn jemand Teil davon sein möchte!
The roomates are Sophie, who is already working and enjoys sporty activities in the mountains as well as everywhere else. Maike, who is starting a new job, is the best baker I know and also plays Volleyball, and Klara, who is still in university at the moment and is a great singer as well as piano player. There is obviously a lot more to know about these three, they are truly great people!
We are all friends, like to hang out together in the evenings drinking wine/prosecco/non-alcoholic fun beverages, cook, watch sports or Reality-TV together and are happy, if someone wants to join! :)
