Die S-Bahn Mittersendling ist in 4 min zu Fuß erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es einen Rewe. Außermden ist die Wohnung direkt am Sendlinger Park.
Ins Zentrum benötigt man 7 min mit der S-Bahn bzw. 15 min mit dem Rad

7 minutes to go by S-Bahn to citycenter, with bike you need 15 minutes.
Zur Zeit wohnen in der WG eine Italienerin, ein Engländer und ein Franzose. Es wird regelmäßig zusammen gekocht und ein Bierchen getrunken. Außerdem finden ab und zu Spieleabende statt.

At the moment, an Italian, an Englishman and a Frenchman live in the shared flat. They regularly cook together and have a beer. There are also game nights from time to time.
Die Wohnung wird von homefully verwaltet mit folgenden Anforderungen:
- Zielgruppe (Berufseinsteiger zwischen 20 und 35 Jahren
- einen gültigen Arbeits- oder Praktikumsvertrag (alternativ anderer Bonitätsnachweis)
Alle Kosten sind in der Miete enthalten. Es kommt aller zwei Wochen eine Putzkraft zur Reinigung von Küche und Bad. Homefully ist ein sehr guter Ansprechpartner bei allen Angelegenheiten (schnelle und kompetente Antworten bei Fragen)

The apartment is managed by homefully with the following requirements:
- Target group (young professionals between 20 and 35 years old.
- a valid employment or internship contract (alternatively other proof of creditworthiness)
All costs are included in the rent. A cleaner comes every two weeks to clean the kitchen and bathroom. Homefully is a very good contact person for all matters (fast and competent answers for questions)
move-in is possible at 15.07 or 01.08.2021
