Ein zusätzlicher Stuhl und ein Bücherregal können ebenfalls bleiben. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich, groß und bietet Zugang zum Balkon, der mit einem weiteren Mieter geteilt wird. Der Raum ist gut belüftet.
Die Wohnung wurde 2024 vollständig renoviert, daher sind alle Geräte in hervorragendem Zustand. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, einschließlich Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Gefrierschrank.

14m2 room(+Balcony) in a 4 person WG. Fully equiped with 120x200 cm ottoman bed, wardrobe, chair and desk. Additional chair and bookshelf may also stay. The room is cozy, large and allows access to the balcony, shared with one other tenant. The room gets good sunlight and it's welll ventilated.
The apartment was fully renovated in 2024, so all the equipments are in great conditions. Kitchen is fully equiped, including eashing machine, dishwasher and freezer.

500m Fußweg zur U3-Station Forstenrieder Allee, in 20 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt. Auch Busverbindungen sind gut (132, 63, 51, etc.). In 15 Minuten ist man an der schönen Isar. Rewe, Penny, DM, Bäckereien in der Nähe.
Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig, das Gebäude liegt direkt neben einer großen Grünanlage, die sich hervorragend zum Joggen und Chillen zum Spazieren eignet.

The neighbourhood is very calm, the builiding is located right next to a large green area, which is great for jogging and chilling walk.

The apartment is managed by a company, so you have to provide them some requirements (income proof, liability ensurance, etc). The contract time is unlimited, with a prior notice of 3 months. Ideally, you would move in until mid-March or beginning of April. The security deposit is about two months of rents or you can have a liability insurance instead.
