Schönes möbliertes Zimmer in WG-Haus mit eigenem Garten und Hobby-Raum, U-Bahn U3 in 300m

Dein Zimmer ist bereits möbliert mit breitem Bett (120 cm), Schiebetürschrank, Schreibtisch und Bürostuhl und befindet sich im EG in Richtung Garten bzw. ist mit Westausrichtung. Die Möbeln sind in der Miete inbegriffen.

Das Haus verfügt über 2 Bäder mit WC's und eine separate Gäste-WC. Die Küche teilen wir uns und wir legen Wert darauf diese sauber zu halten. Die Küche ist schön und modern ausgestattet mit zwei Kühlschränken, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und allem was man sonst noch so braucht. Es gibt einen Putzplan für Küche sowie Bad, aber näheres erklären wir dann natürlich noch.

Zur WG gehört ein Garten mit Terasse. Im Keller haben wir eine Waschmaschine, Trockner und einen Partyraum (der von unseren Nachbarn sehr wertgeschätzt wird und die Lautstärke bei Partys auf einem Minimum hält). Im Vorgarten strassenseitig befindet sich einen hauseigenen Fahrradstellplatz.

THE SHARED FLAT

Room:

The room is completely equipped with bed, desktop and furniture. The house is quite big (150m²) and we have 4 floors (basement + ground floor + 2 floors). We have a common kitchen all equipped, a garden, and a living room in the basement. We generally hangout in the kitchen or in the basement.

During the spring and summer we usually spend time in the garden and during the weekend, we also grill with the flatmates + external friends. Some of us enjoy gardening and we use the garden to do so.

Location:

We are quite near to a metro station U3 line (Forstenrieder Allee). We are also close to supermarket and pharmacy. The house is in a quite region of the city but well connected to the city centre.

Flat share life:

We are a shared house! We like to cook together, grill, hangout and have some beers/wines too!
Sometimes we also do some programs outdoor, such as visits and sports. However, since the house is quite big, we also have our own space in which we can have our privacy.

In terms of cleaning and common work, we have a cleaning plan to be respected and it has been working well for a long time.
