Die Lage ist sehr gut mit Anbindung an U3 Obersendling, S7 Mittersendling, Autobahn A95.
An die Isar sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß und um die Ecke ist ein Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, Baumarkt und weitere ettliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Weiterhin ist erst kürzlich der "Sugar mountain" um die Ecke genaut worden. Ein Urbaner Spielplatz für den/die Großstadt Tiere. Hier findet man Basketball Plätze, Tischtennisplatten, Kletterwand, Skatepark, Bikepark, Essenstände, Musik...
Weiterhin gibt es ab der Aidenbachstraße (ca. 5 Minuten von hier) einen Kostenlosen Shuttle nach Penzberg zur Firma Roche.
