It is a short time offer , the room is available for 1 month.

The room is around 26m^2 it is furnished and have a direct access to the terrace.

We have a big 40m^2 terrace in front of the kitchen. There are six bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen which also acts as the common space.

The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, two fridge/freezer combos, induction stove and microwave).

One of the two bathrooms has a washing machine and a jacuzzi. We dry our clothes on racks in the hallway.

The flat is in a nice and quiet neighborhood, but still pretty central. It's only a few minutes away from the Isar.

You can reach the city center by foot in 30min.

U-Bahn station Candidplatz (U1) is only 5 minutes away and U-Bahn station Kolumbusplatz (U1/U2) only 15min.

You can reach buses like 54, X30 and 52 in only 5min.

There are multiple supermarkets in walking distance from the flat (<10min).

We're an international WG with a great mix of students and working professionals, all around the same age.

Raphael (27, German): More French than German, you'll often find him strolling through Munich with afrotrap music playing.
Rose (26, French): A finance professional who loves cooking, baking and traveling.
Johanna (20, German): Studying to be an EMT and elementary school teacher. She enjoys baking vegan snacks for everyone.
Stefan (29, German): Works as an aerospace engineer. Enjoys cooking, sports, plays piano and likes to go to music events on the weekends.
Emilija: (23, Lithuanian): studies International Marketing at Munich Business School, works as an Executive Assistant. Enjoys walking, going to theatre and hanging out with friends.
